My psychopath ex-wife continues to come on here and bash this amazing attorney. She was the amicus for my children and stood up for them. My ex-wife let her new husband physically abuse my children and was losing in court so she wanted an amicus thinking that attorney would fall for her bs. Well it backfired and now she’s super mad. FYI her new husband was arrested, indicted, and pleaded guilty for the abuse of my child. She thought an amicus would fall for her lies and manipulation and but Sarah advocated for my kids and kept them safe. My ex is salty that the court made her pay all the legal fees since she and her ex were found to be the perpetrators in our case.
Sarah was the amicus for my children in a custody case. She talked to me and my children and the other parent and gathered all of the facts and reviewed tons of records. My children loved her! She listened to all of us and really took it seriously. She was very responsive whenever I would contact her. She recommended to the court an agreement where me and my ex both got a significant amount of time with our kids which is exactly what they expressed to me that they wanted.
Best attorney ever! She protected my children from the horrific abuse at their other parents home and I walked away with full custody. She definitely makes the losing parties salty and sees through all the lies and manipulation and protects her clients! This is the first time ever that the other party was held accountable. I cannot thank her enough!
Amazing attorney! Highly knowledgeable, detail oriented, of the utmost integrity, and puts her clients first. She was able to recover attorneys fees from the other party due to their egregious and unethical conduct during my case.
If you are in family court and need or are ordered an Amicus Attorney (like me) or a Guardian ad Litem let your attorney know to NOT to use her. An Amicus Attorney is SUPPOSED to be a non-biased arm of the court. My ex is a covert narcissist who I divorced years ago. When I filed for divorce he filed for sole custody of our kids. He didn’t want to pay any child support and has taken me back every two years to have it reduced. That didn’t work so the next was to use our children. Parental Alienation is aword to describe it best. She talked to my ex in person and believed his lies and manipulation. She never met me in person or saw me with the kids and the whole time only talked to me for 15 min on the phone. She filled more paperwork based on what my ex would tell her. Of course he is going to say awful things about me and make up lies, he’s never stopped. She needs more training in personality disorders, post separation abuse and alienation. You can’ be in charge of kids lives and not.
Poor communication, poor service, complete waste of our money and time. Would NOT recommend. There are much better attorneys in the Wichita Falls area. Save yourself the time and money. We wished we would’ve.
Working with this attorney was awful. When you are going through family court it is very important and critical you have someone who will pay attention to every detail. Someone who will do what is right and truly do what is best for everyone involved. Unfortunately, her lack of knowledge and inability to represent well, affected a lot of people. She is on the cheaper side, but you get what you pay for. Do it right the first time and you will end up paying less in the long run and have a way better outcome.
