Mr. White was very understanding of our problems with the IRS and tax resolution by using bankruptcy. He explained how to stop the IRS by using bankruptcy. The IRS had us owing several thousands of dollars and with his help we were able to stop the vicious cycle that the IRS had us on.

The only complaint I have regarding the services we received was that while we initially met with Mr. White in his office, another lawyer was at the hearing. This is itself was okay, but we would have preferred to have forewarning that someone else was their to represent us. We didn't know this guy from Adam, and after introducing himself to us, he tried to get us to sign a petition to have his name added as a candidate for district attorney. Very unprofessional.
While our bankruptcy proceedings went off without a hitch, I was a little put off by the fact that this lawyer was not personally involved. We met with him for the initial consultation and that was the last we saw of him. On the date of our hearing, another lawyer showed up. This was okay but we would have liked to been given a heads up that Mr. White would not be there. He received a lot of money to represent us, but he wasn't there in the end.
