Re: Mario Gallardo assault on Janese Andrews Incline Village, NV. I was severely beaten up by drunken Mario Gallardo: I suffered broken left jaw, beaten L cheek and eye, spliced L lip, 3 three broken L ribs. After attending a 5 de Mayo event, on return to Gallardo’s dwelling, where my car was parked, Gallardo mumbled something incomprehensible. I asked him to repeat. As I was “sequestered”in his car, in the passenger seat, I was literally a “sitting duck”. Within 5 minutes, I became a lame duck. Sadly, therein lies a pun. This assault took me off my work- I lost my Flight Attendant job-12 years at Delta Airlines; attributed to “too many missed days”. Please,reexamine this case, Incline Justice Court. (Hell of an oxymoron). Why (yet, again). I write? I suffer daily, many years later: my L jaw hurts relentlessly- a constant reminder of the Napoleonic punk who became VIOLENT, resulting in ongoing damage, physical, psychological, financial. That was the closest I’ve ever come to death.
