Powell and powell law firm is a bunch of hack lawyers they lie to their clients hold your case beyond filing time according to the statue in North Carolina don't take any case in wrongful death or anything else my case was in 2009 and he told me he was sending my case to someone else to help him on my case lie..a d then asked for my back round and saying that he needed the other parent consent in order to move forward with case lie again if he still alive I hope the injustice he did to me haunt him while his eyes are still open liar, hack and fake attorney fake representation of what hurts you.my heart was hurt when he held my case for 3yrs without ever putting it on the court docket in Whiteville nc against Dr Matthew's of Whiteville another sham physician who was aligned with
