Hired Attorney

Mr. Borchert was hired for a contract to sell our mixed used property. When the deal did not go through because of buyers negligence, Mr. Borchert was able to negotiate the release of our entire earnest deposit and the right for us to put our house back on the market or to be able to rent premises. We highly recommend the firm Borchert and LaSpina and we are so grateful for a job well done. We also would like to mention that Jonathan the paralegal and staff were very knowledgable and efficient.

I was so happy with the professional services Of Helmut Borchert and his firm that I was inspired to write a review to let the world know. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough and easily contacted if I had any questions. He and his office worked very quickly and efficiently to handle both the sale and purchase of my homes. I will contact him in the future with any legal needs I have. He was great in guiding me through the entire process. HIGHLY Recommend!

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
