When we first needed a lawyer she was out of the box acting like she was going to be on the ball. She let us down, sold us out. Part of the deal on back wages, overtime, and retirement plan. Asked us if we had the money to have a CPA go over the books that were in question. When push came to shove time ran out and we could no longer file on the above mentioned problems.
Encouraging at the outset then stumbles, very expensive and doesn't deliver service. Client wouldn't have faired worse without a lawyer, didn't even receive final papers from law office, was told to print them off on email sight. Client still looking into and trying to close things that should have been handled in the divorce (settlement). When we meant lawyer to settle final billing neither the lawyer or her staff could explain the bill they sent us.
