I will not say too much specific about my case for fear of retaliation. Read the reviews online. They are accurate. Do not use her services in any capacity. She is incredibly biased and does not have the interest of the child in mind.

Completely bias gal. Went months without communicating to me but talked to my ex several times. Does not work for the child or their best interest but goes off what SHE wants or thinks. Does not look at evidence.

GAL nightmare! My ex and I agreed to split the cost to hire Christina as a GAL for our child. I went into it with the expectation that she would advocate for the child's best interest. Our very first phone convo made it clear she was biased toward my ex, and her subsequent actions have been severely biased, to the detriment of my child's life and our relationship. She told lies to the judge about me. I had been the primary caregiver, and now I have no hope of even 50/50 parenting time.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
