Billy had the opportunity to learn under the tutelage of Marvin for many years before becoming the lead trial counsel of the firm over the past fifteen years. Under the lead and guidance of Billy, the firm of Marvin A. Cooper, P.C., continues to maintain its reputation of class, dignity and success which was started by his father Marvin.
