    Matter of Rodman, 116 A.D.3d 422 (1st Dept. 2014). Successfully defended owner of diamond collections valued at approximately $10 million dollars in Bronx County Surrogate's Court with Decision affirmed by the First Department. In the 'Turnover' proceeding, Petitioner (Decedent's nephew) alleged client breached his fiduciary duty as officer
    shareholder of closely held corporation in acquiring the Decedent's interest in the collection.
