Todd Cushner has been licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey since 2001, and he concentrates much of his work in the Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the District of New Jersey. I recently called Mr. Todd Cushner for a problem with a family members estate. Although we have not gotten fully into the process yet, I found Todd to be extremely caring, intelligent, compassionate, friendly, and helpful. I had called several attorneys offices and many did not get as much as a return call. He truly made me feel comfortable in his abilities to be able to help me get my problems solved. He listened carefully to my issues and I felt like he cared and wanted to help. Honestly, I was taken back that in this day in age, I found an attorney who really gets people and is not out for himself! I look forward to working with him as I have faith that he is going to be a wonderful advisor and advocate! I know that when you call him, you will feel the same way!

Mr. Cushner is rare, a lawyer who is equal parts master of his practice and passionate about it too. I interviewed four attorneys in advance of my meeting with him, and he was simply exceptional. From the heightl of competence he demonstrated to the way he afforded me dignity as a client, he transformed what was a heart attack of a situation into a way for me to rebuild my life, heal my family, and feel good about myself again. If you are even thinking about bankruptcy, you have to call him.
