I had the pleasure of working with Candi over the summer. She was always professional and compassionate but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. At the time that Candi was involved my teenage son had alienated himself from me and my gravely ill mother. Candi saw to it that my son contacted and restarted his relationship with his grandmother. Fast forward, my mom lost her battle with cancer this Saturday. It’s because of Candi that my mom left this world on good terms with my son (her grandson). I would highly recommend Candi to anyone going through a similar situation.
Terry did my divorce from a alcoholic drug addict. I had to get it on default. She was more than successful and I obtained my divorce. I was very happy with everything. Terry cares about her clients and does her best to represent them and be legal at the same time. I have recommended her to two of my friends and she has successfully obtained divorces for both of them. She is a wonderful person and a great lawyer.
I hired Candi to provide legal guidance during mediation with my ex and to review our agreement specifically for any major red flags before I signed. Unfortunately, she failed to identify several significant and obvious issues—terms that, according to multiple attorneys I later consulted, I should have never agreed to. Months later, after running into problems with my ex regarding reimbursement for kids' expenses, I had three other attorneys review the agreement. All three expressed surprise that an attorney had reviewed it at all, given the severity of the issues Candi overlooked. There were also billing discrepancies in her invoices charging for more time than was actually spent. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the legal review and billing practices.
Not trust worthy, Lies, only concerned with making a dollar; should not work in family court at all. The worst I have seen thus far. Unprofessional, racist. Has no interest in the client; calls all her clients only 10 mins before the case she’s not reliable not easy to talk to none of those things
My personal experience with Therese R. Malach can best be summed up by saying that this was a true nightmare. My children still cringe when they hear her name, and when they had finally had enough of her bully tactics they FIRED HER! It was an absolute triumph of good over evil in our case. I can only hope and pray that she is stopped in some way from causing any further damage to innocent children and families.
DO NOT get involved with this person. Her ONLY concern is MONEY, POWER and CONTROL.
