Olivia Darius joined the firm as an associate in 2017. The majority of Olivia’s practice focuses on the representation of medical institutions, individual physicians, and other medical personnel in complex medical malpractice actions. She is involved in all stages of litigation, with particular attention to case development, legal research, litigation strategy, motion practice, liability evaluation, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining HPM&B, Olivia worked as an associate at a firm specializing in medical malpractice defense in Manhattan.
During law school, Olivia served as Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Law Review. She was a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department.
