Hired Attorney Francis A. Nicolai

Frank is the greatest lawyer you could ever have. He's passionate, knowledgeable, and he supported me throughout my case. I couldn't have prayed for a better lawyer. Before he took my case he listened intently and I felt relieved knowing I had a partner in my fight when I left. He knew what needed to be done and he fought like a bear throughout until we won. He's a no-nonsense type of guy. Make sure you have your paperwork, dates and times in order. Don't waste his time cause he won't waste yours. He's straight up and to the point. He followed up any time I had a question. He called back EVERY time I called or had an issue. If I was wrong about something he let me know, but if I was right he fought for me. If you can get him, trust his judgement. He knows what he's doing. I can honestly say I LOVE this man. My case was a hard one. It took a full year to conclude...and we won. I firmly believe the only reason we did is because of Frank. On a scale of 1 to 10 he's a 28..

Hired Attorney David E. Venditti

My wife and I (both lawyers) retained Mr. Venditti several times to assist us with personal real estate transactions in Brooklyn and Westchester. We could not have made a better choice. The breadth of knowledge and experience that Mr. Venditti brings to the table is remarkable, and the advice that Mr. Venditti gave us is directly attributable to us making smart decisions and not purchasing a money pit (which seemed fine on the surface). On numerous occasions, Mr. Venditti alerted us to problems that we didn’t know to look out for, and even uncovered and resolved title issues and environmental concerns that other attorneys failed to find for previous closings. Anyone lucky enough to have Mr. Venditti represent them is in great hands.

Hired Law Firm

I first spoke with Jim and John on November 21, 2024 and all seemed to go well. I was promised a follow up that never happened. After several unsuccessful attempts via voice messages and emails (left for both), I gave up. This is extremely disappointing since I was referred to the practice by one of their top clients. Common courtesy goes a long way! If the practice was not interested in taking my case, they should have just said so instead of avoiding me.
