Lawyer sent six letters within ten days because I did not get prior approval from condominium board for replacement windows when I was undergoing cancer surgery and treatments as well as scheduling full-knee replacement surgery. Insisted upon replacing old, inefficient windows or recessing windows flush with siding at additional thousands of dollars for contractor. Mr. Schwarz showed not an iota of interpersonal relations or compassion. He merely acted as an intimidation vehicle.
