My case wss handled well at first. When it came down to closing out and settling they removed my Lawyer and handed my case to Dan Elias. I immediately knew he had to be a partner or someone who just was going to sit there and let my case rot. He had no clue about anything prior discussions with my other lawyer. 6 months after the last hearing they first reach out to me and let me know they need a form filled out from my Lawyer and in 6 months they have not been able to. Is 6 months of nothing good? Why not let me know after a month or two, even 3.. Half a year of pretending to do me a favor by trying so many times, which Dan, was going to explain to me because they were all documented. All it showed was 6 months of incompetence in doing a simple task. On top of this, Dan told me it was "better for me" that they haven't established MMI and that they haven't received the reports because "I am still getting care." Run away. Told me he hands the problem clients. Nice
This law firm sucks! There is no communication what so ever. I had to different lawyer s if I can call them lawyers. Rukey Riesa, was my SSDI lawyer, what a joke , had a appeals hearing, she ask me 1 question. That was the extent of her representation. Randy Jacobs: a little better, My opinion is you don't need a lawyer, the process is so straight forward, It's fast excellent money with little work on there part The only work they do is fill out paperwork to tell the comp.board there re-presenting you, same for SSDI case. They make great money , your money! Go it alone or hire me! Stay away at all cost!!
