About Lisa R. Lipman

Lisa R. Lipman represents and counsels individual employees in a broad array of employment-related matters, at all stages of the employment relationship. She negotiates employment agreements and severance agreements, counsels employees who seek to resolve and maintain their current employment. She litigates in state and federal courts, and also represents employees in administrative proceedings, mediations and arbitrations. A former Adjunct Instructor at the ILR School of Cornell University, where she taught courses on EEO law, Ms. Lipman has also presented at various bar association meetings. She is a co-author of The Rights of Employees and Union Members (1994), and a contributing author to Employee Rights: Pleading and Practice (1987). She is a founding member of NELA/NY, and rejoined its Board in 2016.
