25 years after my divorce, Neil Fredman was able to email me a copy of my divorce decree which allowed me to take lump sum distribution of my pension plan without making a trip to NY. I've also written review on google and Yelp which describes how impressed I was with his services then and again today. Our kids often said, “Why can’t you and Dad be like other divorced parents and not speak to each other?” – because we stood united in our parenting decisions and they couldn’t pit us against each other. It was Neil Fredman who paved the path to this end, and I have been eternally grateful to him ever since. Now 25 years later, Neil once again resolved my problem quickly and effectively. Neil Fredman is a divorce attorney that has integrity and consideration for what happens AFTER the divorce process is finalized with the goal of meeting the best interests of the children and the adults in the years that follow. He is a rare find in divorce law and I highly recommend him.

Hired Law Firm

Neil has been extremely unresponsive during my divorce process. Fails to respond in a timely manner. Does not respond to emails, voicemails, or messages left with the secretary. My communications have been going down a black hole. No response, but the bills keep coming. His lack of responsiveness has dragged out the process and created substantial aggravation for all other parties.

I believe the advice I received from Neil, while costing thousands of dollars, had the degree of depth and thoughtfulness of about 30 seconds of googling. Extremely unresponsive and ineffective. Clearly disengaged, and stretched thin. Spends 40% of the calendar year on vacation, and/or dishonest about rationale for not responding to client requests. Doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer the phone. Do not pay them a retainer or put your fate in their hands, or you will soon regret it.
