The founder of our firm, Mr. Francis X. Young, has an educational background that includes graduating from Fordham Prep, Boston College, and Fordham Law School. His journey in the legal field began by working alongside his father, Francis J. Young, Esq., before establishing the current firm. He further gained experience working with Louis D. Broccoli, Esq., and later co-founded Young and Bartlett, LLP. Over the course of his career, Mr. Young has delved into various aspects of law, spanning criminal, real estate, probate, and contracts.
However, as time went on, Mr. Young recognized his passion and expertise in litigating cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights, and commercial matters. In response to the demands of these cases, he made a deliberate decision to focus solely on these specific types of cases. This strategic choice enables Mr. Young to utilize his exceptional litigation and negotiation skills to their fullest extent, catering to clients who require meticulous preparation and representation from a highly skilled litigator.
