Just don’t go near her. She is part of what must be the worst law firm on the face of the planet. Unresponsive, worthless, just bills with zero results. There is no logic to what she does, treats people like crap, and delivers nothing
My experience with Elizabeth and Mark Carey was horrific. Elizabeth had zero ambition, always trying to take the easiest route out. if you’re looking for someone who has your best interest in mind, she is not the right fit for you. She will take any shortcut, make excuses for her lack of knowledge regarding your case. She will always bill you and you will be harassed to pay horrific amounts of money every two weeks even though Elizabeth and Mark will do the bare minimum. I settled in a fairly decent amount, the amount of legal fees was absolutely ridiculous. In the end, I ended up paying more money due to their unreasonable fees. I paid the money initially because I thought I would be receiving quality and professional services. They may be in Westport but you’re better off calling Carter Mario or just representing yourself….. I do not recommend their services and strongly encourage anyone who is considering them to run in the other direction.
Associated with Mark Carey, an absolute horrible person. Don’t get involved with these people. PERIOD. They will bill hours. Will not communicate. They are purely process donkeys. If you are looking for an intelligent path forward don’t look to these people to provide it
