Mr. McKenna, Esq. provided closing for a Co-Op in NY. If anybody knows, selling a Co-Op is no easy task. His expertise and knowledge in this area was key to a seamless closing. If any concerns of the property came into question by the buyer, Mr. McKenna was able to address the concerns and use his negotiating skills to allow the sale to continue as planned. Daniel McKenna helped me close my house. He was thorough with documents that were needed for closing and provided regular updates as and when they happened. He gave me regular heads up on things that needed to happen and made sure all my ducks were lined up as we went into closing. This was all especially hard as my husband and I were remote and everything needed to be orchestrated weeks before the closing happened.
