•Achieving the final disposition of hundreds of cases through strategic trial defense, successful summary judgment motions, and favorable resolutions.
•Representing clients in complex matters dental malpractice and product liability claims.

Mr. Terzian is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, and he has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, their highest rating,* since 2025. A respected authority in trial advocacy, he is a frequent contributor to the Firm’s client newsletter, Defense Practice Update, and serves as a lecturer for a variety of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs.

Mr. Terzian’s litigation foundation was built as a prosecutor for the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he obtained trial convictions in major felony cases. Beyond the courtroom, he is deeply involved in his community, having served as a youth football coach for over a decade. He currently holds seats on two local Boards of Directors, contributing his leadership to organizations dedicated to sporting, community, and social enrichment.
