Hired Attorney Avery Steinberg

I have a judgment against Avery Steinberg that he has been constantly evading. He immediately emptied his HSBC account, and took his name off all property. Although he was served by the Westchester County Sheriff, he is still failing to pay. I am a disabled senior. His actions and inactions have been and are egregious. No, I do not recommend anyone to pay this man. Before I obtained the judgment against him, I made extensive attempts for resolution. He ignored me thus, the judgment. Beware. This is the first time I ever gave a public negative opinions. He never once bothered to return my calls or talk with me to resolve. Now the judgment will be enforced to the fullest. I had no idea at the time that he was being sued in a foreclosure action as well as in family court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
