I would recommend Richard O'Dea to any individual dealing with an insurance company after an auto accident. Initially I did not want to have an attorney assist me after the accident, but my view on that changed after filing a medical clam. Richard O'Dea helped me with a personal injury claim. Even though the accident had happened a couple of years ago, he was able to gather all the necessary info to get a settlement that was fair, just, and done in a timely fashion. After a very serious car accident, being on very heavy pain meds. and laid up in the hospital, and for sure,out of sorts, Mr. O'Dea took complete control.
