I would never recommend D Wolfson for mediation and advice avoid any proposal to have him as a mediator. He did a lot of talking about himself, he is so grandiose. He had not even tried to learn the case. He actually stated that in New Jersey you need to know people to become a judge, this alone puts a shadow on entire judicial system in the state. Not having any experience with judicial system and meeting D Wolfson was very disappointing. By the end of the day we settled and life smiled on us big time, but people like Douglas K Wolfson are disgrace for judiciary system. By chance I recently read article about his corruption and I am not surprised.
He mediated a case for us in 2023. He was dishonest and partial. He has been accused of having conflicts of interest in other cases, and I suspect he had conflicts of interest in our case as well. Thanks to him, our business folded.
