We had a lengthy closing and Dennis was able to calmly work through the mistakes that others had made - e.g. the real estate company gave incorrect information as to the sale price of the house; changes had to be made concerning set offs, and when the closer filled in the information, there was a 5000.00 error that Dennis picked up on quickly.
Mr. Hoornstra was very patient with all of my questions, and has been helpful with additional questions, as they have come up following the bankruptcy.
He has represented us twice for purchases in the last 8 years; and one sale. It has been a pleasure working with him. While I would recommend him; we don't expect to need such services in any near term.
Atty Hoornstra has given years of valuable representation to me.
Dennis promised and did not deliver. He took our full fee and did not do a complete job. Please beware.
