Do yourself a favor and find a different attorney. I'm not sure you can even call Joe Beck that because I get more communication from my dead grandmother. Does not return calls. Does not return email. When it is time to meet with him, he is unprepared, has not reviewed your case and bills you to sit there while he reviews his notes and case law for 45 mins. Speaking of case law, you'd think someone with years of practice would understand his field of work, but there he goes, Googling law questions, looking for answers. I wanted a lawyer, I got a joke.
Mr. Beck was hired to mediate a new custody agreement between my ex wife and I. After our session 3 months ago, we have heard nothing. No email. No phone calls. Our requests and inquiries go un unanswered. He never did the work he was contracted to do. He is lazy. He is incompetent. Save your time, money and stress - look elsewhere.
