John was hired in 2019 to defend me on a lawsuit against me . He was clear, very knowledgeable, very transparent . He will always reply to any emails. He set always realistic expectations . I will not only recommend him but he will be my to go attorney moving forward . Highly recommend him.
I know John Demling well. His ability to make fair and reasonable decisions is a low priority. He will cause excessive legal fees to be run up which hurts the client immensely. Evidence and truth are not something John Demling values. He has biased viewpoints that affect his ability to make rational decisions. His motivation as it relates to what I experienced is to make money, I have found John Demling to make mistakes in cases where he does not know the law or how the law works. He did not know that filing a QDRO was for only pension accounts and 401k accounts. He insisted that a QDRO could be used for IRA accounts, which it cannot. His insurance and his lack of knowledge needlessly caused excessive and unnecessary additional legal fees. I would not hire John Demling. His lack of knowledge of the law is astounding.
