I’m responding to the review written by Paul. In fact Mr. Pcolinski was appointed by the courts to be our guardian ad Litem in 2021. It was over a case regarding my daughter, with my father (Paul) unwilling to relinquish guardianship. That was put in place when I was 16 years old (For insurance purpose only). Mr. Pcolinski was just doing his job of giving a recommendation, in the BEST interest of my daughter. He investigated, talked to my daughter, made house visits, talked to everyone in relation to her, my side of the family and my father’s. He gathered his information and based on that, he made his decision. Quite frankly my father was not fond at all of his ruling and had said some very nasty words, along with that irrelevant review. I’m not just saying this because he ruled in my favor. He took his time and was very detail oriented, genuinely looking out for my daughter’s interest short and long term.
Terrible experience it appears he is just in it for money, not what is right. I would avoid at all cost.
