Hired Attorney

Mr. Springer was unable to advise on the charge of my case. His assessment of discovery footage was superficial and lacked any depth of knowledge. He was unable to answer my questions and did not elucidate the justification for the prosecution's offer terms. When I questioned the offer terms, he made accusatory comments towards me to support the prosecution's assertions, as well as condescending comments such as "if that's what you are getting hung up on" as if I shouldn't be questioning their authoritative assessment. He did not have a defense strategy aside from "not going to trial," and I had to suggest to negotiate the offer. He ordered me to provide documentation and pushed me off the call abruptedly. He did not resume the call as mentioned and instead called 5min before my court hearing, attempting to pressure me without a discussion. In the following call, he raised his voice to me. He was condescending, rude, unorganized, unknowledeable, unprofessional, unreliable, & negligent.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
