Hired Attorney

They bill five times what they quote. She has no idea what she is charging nor any will to have you as the client have a financial outcome or stability. She will file constant motions and withdraw them. It's a constant bait and switch in order to rack up astronomical bills. She defers court dates in order to rack up intermediary litigation. She will not hold the other party to their errors. Submitted multiple motions to resolve the case and withdrew them without a judge ever hearing. She is easily intimidated by other lawyers and too influenced by the lawyer-scene to represent you. Constant waste of time. Made numerous errors. You will pay over six figures only to have her withdraw before any resolution is made. Antithesis of fiduciary. She is there to leave you penniless.
