Hired Attorney Wayne Eli Brucar

I hired him two weeks ago. From the get go he started blaming me and my wife for making things more difficult for him. He also misinformed me of certain court procedures I had to follow. I got another lawyer who got my case dismissed the next day. Wayne had no hesitation keeping the full retained even though all he did was answer a few emails and did not come to court even once. No professional or moral courtesy whatsoever. It appears that money is first and clients last.

Hired Law Firm

Attorney Brucar failed to read any documentation given to him by myself or the state. Failed to show for court dates and sent others in his place. Made plea agreement with state without verifying the information. Failed to file appeal as requested.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
