My car was hit by another vehicle. Although his insurance company paid for the repair of my car, they refused to compensate me for "diminished value" (which is required under Connecticut law). He never took any significant action without discussing it with me and allowing me to make decisions about my case. Attorney Forrest was willing to go to trial, but the evidence he collected was so overwhelming, that the insurance company agreed to a settlement that was much more than I had initially expected.
