Attorney Forrest was very successful in giving me justice for my all of my losses incurred in two automobile accidents that were caused by other drivers.
My car was hit by another vehicle. Although his insurance company paid for the repair of my car, they refused to compensate me for "diminished value" (which is required under Connecticut law). I hired Attorney Forrest, who was clearly very knowledgable and also very professional from the very start and also througout the case. His staff kept me in the loop about every detail about my case. He never took any significant action without discussing it with me and allowing me to make decisions about my case. Attorney Forrest was willing to go to trial, but the evidence he collected was so overwhelming, that the insurance company agreed to a settlement that was much more than I had initially expected. I enthusiastically recommend Attorney Forrest to anyone in Connecticut who has suffered damage to a vehicle due to the other party's fault, but especially for a diminished value claim.

Great experience with my case. My case was a diminished value claim and it’s difficult to find anyone willing to take a case of such. I was happy to find the office and was pleased with how efficient and knowledgeable the staff all was.
Terrible customer service. I was strung along for three weeks and unceremoniously dropped as a potential client for no discernible reason. A massive waste of time that has now put me back three weeks on my case. Not recommended.
