Hired Attorney

Working with this lawyer is impossible. My life is a mess and stiff in court with yet another lawyer. If he had done his job, I would never had needed another lawyer. Other party never complied with issues and no follow up. Left me hanging with many unresolved issues.

Hired Attorney

Hired Richard Raphael for my family matter. Biggest mistake! He turned out to be a complete shyster. He offered me a fixed rate for ALL matters up until trial. Failed up to his obligations honoring the contract. He would consistently hem and haw as other matters that had come up and he demanded I pay him thousands more. Well, that did not happen. Copied and pasted ALL motions that I wrote. Filed them and they were riddled with grammatical and paragraph formatting errors. He consistently flipped flopped and had no idea how to proceed. I finally got fed-up and fired him. I filed a dispute with my CC company. He submitted his rebuttal and it was riddled with lies and deception. The credit card company saw right through his lies and deception. The claim was immediately found in my favor. I received half my money back. He charged me for the free consultation a month prior. I will take him to small claims court to recoup the remainder. Hired new Attorney best choice I could have made.
