Lipson was unresponsive; often need to be told twice what you need/want in the contract. He's either incapable or unwilling to negotiate, agreeing to all unreasonable push-backs from the counter party. He computed closing adjustment amount wrong, then failed to confirm the final amount until the last minute. His bank mishandled the fund, causing a 1.5 day delay in closing. If buying a home isn't stressful enough for you, hire Lipson.
