Andrew Bowman was assigned to me through a pro bono case and failed to communicate at all with me. He basically just dropped off the face of the earth and reported to the agency helping me receive legal assistance he was finished with my case and they closed it when he in fact, did absolutely nothing to help and took my notebook full of admissible notes which I never received back.
