We have worked with Paul since 2003 and I have no doubt that he is the best lawyer for business in Medical Device.
I enlisted the services of Mr. Silverberg to assist me with a licensing agreement that was breached by the licensor. Initially, I received adequate representation, however, that did not last long. My emails and phone calls were ignored for long periods of time ( saved emails validate this remark) and was kept in the dark left to feel frustrated and neglected. I never had any problem speaking with his secretary (gate keeper) she always took my calls. I now have a new attorney representing me, he makes himself available day or night....even weekends. For me being raised in the retail industry at an early age, I was taught the importance of making a customer feel like family...all business professionals should NEVER loose sight of if you want to maintain a successful company. I hope my experience sheds light on the need for consistent communication from paid professionals.
