Hello, my name is David McFadden, I graduated from the University of Baltimore with a BA in Jurisprudence. I clerked at the Baltimore County State's Attorney's office for about 6 months, then I volunteered at the Attorney General's Office in their Consumer Protection Division. Next, I went to the University of Baltimore School of Law, and graduated in 2012. Shortly after passing the Maryland Bar Exam, I decided to open my own law firm, which I did in May of 2013. The McFadden Law Offices has continued to grow each year, in fact, only two years later, the firm grew so quick that we moved to a window front office. I have been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star, a SuperLawyer, the Nation's Top 1% as Distinguished Counsel, a Top 40 Under 40 National Trial Lawyers, and I am certified in NHSTA DUI Traaning, which is the same course that is taught to police officers. I have multiple jury and bench trials under my belt, so I am a trial attorney, as opposed to a plea attorney. I have tried serious cases for Felony Murder, Assault 1st degree, Assault 2nd degree, Use of a Weapon in the Commission of a crime of violence, Drug and Weapons charges, Burglary, Arson, all the down to DUI/DWI and Traffic Tickets. For me, each case is as important as any other case, and each client is as important as any other client. If you want a proven trial attorney, we are the firm for you.
