He is very good at setting up basic trusts for the average middle class family.
Mr. Soto is a very competent attorney and very well spoken. His rates for writing a living trust and filing the paper work etc. is a very good value. But when it comes to executing the trust his fees jump dramatically. But he did handle everything in a timely manner. Every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed. It just cost much more than we expected.
Willing to change 92 year old dementia patients trust to include 3 strike grandson felon that is incarcerated for almost 9 years as co trustee. Brilliant move state claim a half $1 million to repay all his criminal debts as well as Medi-Cal Estat Recovery can make a claim for the rest mother and grandchild don’t have the roof over their head that they have paid upkeep on for all these years. Not only that but there was a reverse mortgage and a plan in place which can no longer be resolved due to incarcerated’s severe federally documented mental illnesses and inability to care for himself let alone save the house from the lenders. You may think you got yourself a good family trust from Soto but you better make sure when you pass that all the important things you took into consideration it will actually come to pass. To top that off he actually made three separate entries in bold to disinherit her beloved 10-year old grandson.
