Run do not walk her photo is 40 years old. So don't expect that you are hiring an attorney who's eager to earn her monies. She won't work your case she hires office assistants that can use basic word document software. But will bill you at her rate. She will try and put off getting familiar with your case until tye last minute if you let her. So do yourself a favor and meet with her weekly to follow up with her don't allow her to put you off on her office assistants. Be prepared to pay her more money and just know she won't tell you she needs additional monies until a week before court or she won't appear. Don't just read the 9 yelp reviews search the internet and find others. As you will see that in these last 2 years Anita has a habit of treating her clients as Iam telling you she treated me. She left me with serious concerns couldn't finish a sentence couldn't find evidence in her evidence book. Hire an attorney who preps your case personally. Not a office assistant
Biggest mistake of my life hiring this woman. Scared me into signing a stipulation in a Civil Harassment matter. Did not cite any case law. Refused to learn case. Easiest case to win had she ever handled alleged civil Harassment before. The TRO was denied and i had never even met the petitioner, an admitted felon. The stip lived with me for 3 years and is finally over. I paid this lawyer $8500 and will do everything I can to get every penny back.
