Jeffrey E. Strauss is a highly experienced attorney with over 39 years of practice in civil litigation, focusing on medical malpractice, catastrophic injury cases and product liability. Licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C., he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and multiple state and federal courts. His career highlights include a $21 million jury verdict in a brain injury case, a $15 million settlement for a brain injury and other numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.
