Alise M. Price, Attorney at Law

Alise M. Price is the worst and most unethical attorney I have ever come across and she is DETERMINED to ruin your life if you don’t kiss her toes and do as she says. She told us to remove our home security cameras that were bought to protect our family against the OP and when we stood our ground, we were “aggressive”. She can’t take being pushed back on and thinks she should be balled all over because she was so much power over the courts. She lied about everything in her final report and did not give any examples to make OP look bad. She is the absolute scum of the earth. She should not have her license and I really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but everybody was right. I was hopeful that she would still give a factual final report, regardless of her dislike for us, but I was so wrong. She lied about things that could be disproved by police reports and police video and has no care for what she does. She condones bad behavior from the OP by ignoring it and blaming you.

Alise was a mediation attorney in which she was supposed to be neutral for our volatile case, which involved my ex abusing me and my children. She favored 1 side (see below). She lied to the magistrate saying I was eavesdropping when fact is I was there to pick up my daughter's school-issued Chromebook & backpack her dad took & refused to return, making my daughter (A.) have to explain to her teachers why she couldn't do her school work. Ali said she would get it from him, & wanted A. to meet Ali & her dad at Ali's office. A. didn't want to be around her dad cause of his abuse. I emailed Ali I would pick it up. She was on phone when I arrived. I paced the hall waiting for her to be free, occasionally cking if there were still voices from phone. She twisted that into lying to the magistrate saying I was eavesdropping. She NEVER returned my attorney's calls but did return ex's attorney's calls multiple times (as shown on billing statement). Her many other poor ratings show consistency

My experience with Alise as the GAL in my divorce case was terrible. My ex, who abandoned our daughter, returned after years of rehab and attempted suicide shortly after. Alise demanded I take a hair follicle test, which I passed, but she incorrectly spelled my name and accused me of not taking it. I had to represent myself in court due to exorbitant attorney fees, and Alise recommended my daughter stay with her mother, despite her poor performance in school and mental health struggles. A week before trial, Alise falsely accused me of neglecting my daughter and claimed I couldn't take care of myself. The judge ignored evidence and sided with Alise, leading to me losing custody. Alise's actions seemed more about profit than my daughter's best interests, as she charged over $7,000 for minimal work and only contacted my ex's references. I've noticed other reviews being taken down, likely due to her court orders. Avoid this toxic GAL

Poor excuse for a Guardian ad Litem. Did nothing to protect her client, my daughter. Great liar and is a master manipulator of the court system. Doesn't do any work to make an informed recommendation and decides based on her friendships with the attorneys. Strangley I was billed for her speaking to opposing council on 3 occasions, but never spoke to my attorney. If she is assigned to your case and your attorney has never worked with her, drop your case.

Biased. Doesn’t do her job. I have evidence of Alise Price fabricating evidence and making false statements in my case which directly resulted in severe emotional trauma and loss for my child and our entire family. This woman is an unethical narcissistic monster who will stop for nothing to destroy your family and bring lasting emotional harm those that love your child. Alise is a monster and will not hesitate to use unethical and disgusting behavior to further her own personal agendas. Alise Price was appointed by the magistrate in our custody case. Instead of following the criteria, she took our money and dissappeared for 7 1/4 weeks with no contact and a hearing in the 8th week. I called the Magistrates office because Alise didn't return calls or emails from my husband and I and of course it was downhill from there. She refused all evidence in our first meeting and our trial package fron our Attorney. She did everything she possibility could to leave our grandchildren in the home of an abusive aunt. She blatantly lied under oath with the ease of a born liar. The only positive reviews she gets are those she writes herself and her friends. If she is appointed to you and you can't replace her, RECORD EVERYTHING! She is void of conscience and shame. Unethical and sloppy. Report her to the Disciplinary Council. I can only imagine the children she and her allies have left in harm's way. She is unfit and corrupt. I wouldn't hire her to scoop poop. We'd drown in sh@#.

Alise Price will lie to the court & make up or change what you say. She is a liar, unethical, unprofessional & goes outside the boundaries of her job. Her job as a Parenting Coordinator (PC) is to settle monetary disputes between the 2 sides. As a PC, she is not permitted to give advice, yet she gave advice to my ex, she is not to repair relationships, yet she tried to force my 17 yr. old child to meet with her dad when my child said she had no desire to, she sided with him on every issue except one, wrote scathing comments about me in her report to the court, yet she didn't once mention his name-calling of me, belittling, condescending attitude, his lies & abuse, & all of his games. She called the ex's attorney multiple times yet she NEVER returned any of my attorney's emails or phone calls. She went out of her way to make me look bad & him look like a saint, even though she knows he's an abuser. She was NOT his attorney & is supposed to be neutral, but she blatantly sided with him.
