Joe started his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, advancing to a felony trial bureau, where he prosecuted a variety of violent and non-violent crimes, and tried numerous cases to verdict.
Following his tenure at the DA’s office, Joe was a trial attorney at a prominent personal injury law firm, and then a founding partner of a boutique law firm, where he represented accident victims and victims of discrimination in both state and federal courts. Joe tried numerous cases in Long Island and New York City, securing significant jury verdicts in challenging cases.
Joe’s exceptional representation of victims of negligence, discrimination, and sexual harassment earned him a spot in the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40” and recognition as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. Outside of work, Joe volunteers his time as a coach in youth football and baseball organizations, and mentors law students.
