A very unprofessional firm. They arrived late for my closing. Everyone was waiting for them. When the representative arrived, he was arrogant, completely unorganized and unprepared. Important closing documents were missing. In the end, the firm way overcharged me for poor quality services. There are plenty of firms on Long island.
