Trying to get answers from Steve Rand is almost impossible. Last week I called one time and left a message on his voicemail explaining the situation. I asked him to return my call asap. Another occasion left a message with his associate. She typed him an email while I was on the phone explaining the situation and it was urgent he and spoke. Please to call me back. That was last week and still no response. It's mind blowing the lack of responsiveness Mr. Rand provides. I wouldn't write this review just to make him look bad. I'm writing this review to help him realize folks depend on his impute and advice. Folks hire him to be responsive. Mr. Rand please do better.
