I was falsely accused of possessing a deck of heroin when I was stopped in my vehicle by police I had someone in the passenger seat who I did not really know but who paid me to give him a ride to his girlfriend's house that passenger without my knowing it was a heroin dealer and through that deck of heroin under my seat the driver's seat while I was talking to the police he was let go to his girlfriend's house who he said was a block away I was held and charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell his investigator was able to ascertain that that passenger was the real owner of that illicit heroin and it was also able to ascertain that I really did not know that individual and only gave him a ride for gas money it was Brian Owens attorney who acted with great diligence and compassion for my plight and had that charge dismissed and that individual passenger who had was investigated by the federal authorities for being a major drug supplier who eventually got charged by the feds.
