About Mr. Stephen J. Buhler

Twenty years ago I left a downtown law firm and opened my own practice in West Valley City. My office location is convenient and accessible. I am proud to offer high-quality, personalized legal services. I want everyone who comes and meets with me to leave a little happier and more confident, with a better understanding of the law than they had when they first came in. My goal is to provide real help for real people.

My practice focuses on family law, estate planning and probate, including divorce, paternity, adoption, premarital agreements, guardianship, wills, and trusts.

Mr. Buhler is a compassionate and skilled attorney. He patiently explained my situation and provided valuable assistance with my living trust after my husband's passing. I recommend him to my sisters. Sometimes we think we can do it by ourselves.

My wife and I needed help to do our estate planning and preserve our assets as we have gotten older. I met Stephen through ChamberWest Chamber of Commerce. Stephen effectively and efficiently went through all of our information, organized it, prepared the estate planning documents guiding us as to what would meet our wishes and desires, while preserving our assets as needed. I could not recommend more highly the care, professionalism, and completeness of the documents that Stephen provided for our family.

My mother chose this lawyer after my brother passed away. He did exactly what she wanted him to do. 80 year old lady is the sole heir to an estate over 1 million dollars. Should have been shared among her, and my sister and I. Brother had no wife or children, so that's the way it works. 80 lady losing her mind just won the lottery! Good job.
