David W. Polak

David is one of the most compassionate, determined, dedicated & understanding attorneys I ever had the pleasure working with. He has helped my son & myself get through one of the hardest time's. He knew thing's that the judge had to reference / look up. His dedication to his clients, his passion for law, justice is only a fraction of the amazing lawyer/person he is.

He took on my case after other attorneys dragged their feet and various other attorneys left that firm. I then took my case to David who got it ready for trial and we WON. He actually put in the time to organize my file, gather all of my medical records to make sure we had a complete file than most importantly....he sat down with me and explained everything in simple terms that I understood. He always returned my calls and his legal assistant Cheryl was always kind and polite. David always answered my questions himself. He didn’t brush me off to a paralegal or an associate.

Im not sure why he has such a bad review? I had nothing but pleasant experiences with Mr. Polak. A friend referred me to him; so, I trusted it. I was not let down. He was faced with the daunting task of fighting my DWI and driving without a license. To be frank, I had not put myself in a good position to get this dropped as well. However, he showed up and did a great job. My driving without a license was completely dropped. And, my DWI was dropped to a DUAI. The biggest bonus was the fact I paid maybe $500 in court fees, had a conditional license, and was technically able to drive again with a few DMV fees (nothing he could do about that). Overall, if I had not had Mr. Polak on my case, life would have been very difficult to near impossible.

David is in it for the long haul with you. He stood by me for 5-years and helped me make decisions for my long - term benefit. He never pushed me to settle for a result I was not happy with, unlike some of the lawyers on TV. You want a quality person on your side, and that is David. He had been in my shoes, too, which was comforting.
