Hired Attorney

Knowing Mr Goddard via my parents, Magner & Virginia Sundseth. Speaking as the younger daughter, He was esteemed highly. Well trusted. Organized, Astute in following proper procedure in carrying out the creating of Trusts in legal format. He was never influenced by some of greedy intent. He always maintained True & honest in all aspects to his profession. Clients just knew they were in good hands with Mr. Goddard. It was unfortunate back approx 2005, that he suffered a malicious intent upon his good name and reputation. Slanderous, libelous and defaming, by one so obsessed with revenge. With the aid by another, with a different agenda. They combined their tools of shrewd, cunning, calculations.That with convincing... by a clever tongue. Succeeded in their scheming agenda. Mr Goddard, suffered by reprimand from the state bar. Unfairly and unjustly...He took it with class and dignity! Now he is back. Thankyou Mr Goddard, you'll always hold a special place in my parents and my heart.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
