Hired Attorney Benjamin Bondurant

He is straight forward, and tries to save you money. a lawyer with a conscious doesn't happen often.

Hired Attorney Benjamin Bondurant

I have been a client of Elliott Bondurant since May, 1999. He is extremely fair on his fees and billing and is always prompt in returning phone calls. I have recommended Elliott Bondurant to everyone I know who needs a lawyer. Elliott Bondurant is the only lawyer I would consider using.

Hired Attorney Benjamin Bondurant

He was unprepared. Did not research officer reports. Bottom line is he did not want a negative interaction with the officers he sees daily and made no attempt to rectify a real wrongful charge. Have never written a negative evaluation about anyone, but had to comment on his lack of concern for his client.

Hired Law Firm

Failed to return a single e-mail, rarely returned a phone call, refused to present any evidence of my innocence, refused to fight for me period, forced me to plead guilty to a crime I am not guilty of and failed my children on top of it. Now as a professional, degreed Accountant, I can not even find work. Evidence that my special needs daughter is suffering under her abuser's roof, and he has caused her a 3rd permanent medical condition, went unpresented.
